Provo Maddness

Me in Provo Utah: school
Breanna plays soccer, this is the first and only game i have gone to so far.
Blurry i know, but thats breanna kicking the ball.!
Their team name is the Incredibles...
They won 5-o!!! I can't wait for their next game, i am going to dress up!!
My roommates and I in SLC at the Dodo Bistro.
Los Hermanos: pretty good Mexican food for Provo. Despite the picture above, i enjoyed the burrito very much.
We just chill
Breanna likes to play with her food. She made a face with one...it fell. and she screamed. : )
My roommates and I went to SLC for the Womens conference. Then we toured Temple Square.
Us again, they like taking a lot of pictures.
Ok, so this is not in provo, but in idaho. I forgot to add this picture to my last post. First time to see an "expectant mother" parking only. P.S. Sarah is really not pregnant, she is only pretending...
About 11:30 am we made a run to Wendys...we just love those chicken nuggets. They make us happy and fuzzy inside.
I tried baking a cookie on a frying pan like a pancake...Breanna ate it...it was ok...
We were a little on the wierd side that night/early morning (we didn't leave eachother till 1am)
This picture is my desktop picture, i love it. It looks better though when it is bigger.

Life in provo utah: fall 2008.

Summer at a Close

These pictures are out of order, but that is ok because memories do not relay in perfect replay but in jumbles of pictures and commentaries. So that is how i display.

First set are taken in Idaho Falls.  I went up there to Amber's a couple weeks before school started in August.  The temperature was at a comfortable tolerance of heat, a storm blew past midway leaving cool winds.  Your nose is continually sensing new but known smells from the nearby farms and dairies. But its the simple things that I love about Idaho.

I had a chance to attend one of Emma's soccer practices.  So the next few pictures were taken while watching the kids kick the ball on the green grass.

Where I go Amber goes, where Amber goes, Gracey goes
She has one of the cutest smiles for a chunk
Oh and that tongue, it will kill the very heart of the meanest person alive.
She loves to stick anything available into her mouth, the latest flame: her toes!
But she is a mommas girl, she loves her mom dearly

Ok, next set of pictures belong to Monterey memory.  There is nothing wrong with enjoying some sunshine.  Though i love humboldt county's for and rain, the plants are not the only ones who need and wish the sunbeams there way.
Steinbeck: very popular there, we are buds.

Ok, here is the random placement i was talking about earlier. The above picture did not take place in Monterey, for one: Emmas hair was not that short during that trip. We are taking Emma to her 1st grade orientation at her school. She is wearing a new school outfit and her hair is the shortest it has ever been, minus when she was a baby.
Back to Emma's soccer practice, Amber and I decided to turn attention from Emma to ourselves. It took a few tries before we got al three of us in the picture... we are pretty much pro by now.
See, we kept at least half our attention on her, shes so cute in her little uniform. : )
Monterey: My parents. I love them. They love me. Look how happy they look...its because they were looking at me. I make them proud. : )
The Marshall family
I like to think i can fly...actually i am just that cool.
Peter John and Daniel, They are the cutest boys!
Cousins, so fun in those days.
Back to Bayside Ca: side yard, Emma is a sporting the latest fashion
Annie and Emma have one thing in common: they both love bubbles
Emma, my mom, my mom's emma replacement when they moved: annie
Here is an exclusive for the swimsuit issue 2009
I love this picture of her

       Emma and Gracey Marshall: sisters

Well, that is the wrap up of my summer. It was primarily composed of family, sun, and love.

Humboldt County...the Land I now call my Home

Arcata. I do love Arcata. I love the people and how they are always so freindly and nice. I love the comfort of walking through the plaza and knowing that everyone is accepted. It doesn't matter how you are dressed or how you fix your hair, all are welcomed and embraced. It sets a peaceful tone that is silent but felt.

Native flower bed: corner of plaza across Jacoby Storehouse

Farmers Market: I went the second day home, one great thing
about Arcata that I miss when I am gone.

One of my favorite things about the Plaza: The two random palm trees, they make me smile everytime I pass them.

Annie and I: ready to start the summer!
Something in the way the deer fern is uncurling makes me stare with awe.
I love them!!!
Annie amid the horsetail garden

Of course: Five Fingered Ferns!!!

School to a close

Finals came and went, which also means the end of Winter semester 2008, one year of college checked off! The end came quick, my room mate and I started packing long before needed, we had to unpack many times when realizing we still needed some things. Anyway, I survived the packing and moving out! The only tough thing to do was saying goodbye to friends and the summer ahead without them or thier laughter and smiles. Before any of us left, we took pictures around campus.
